The state asserts control over people's bodies by sending them to war, rendering disabled individuals invisible, criminalizing LGBTQ+ individuals, restricting abortion rights, and imprisoning anyone who disagrees with the state ideology. This is justified as a means of safeguarding the people and so called traditional values and ensuring prosperity of the nation.

Bodies are bound together through the use of unrestrained state violence and fear.
